Heller Testifies About No Budget, No Pay

At the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing today, U.S. Senator Dean Heller (R-NV) spoke about the No Budget, No Pay Act.

The bill, introduced by Senator Heller, requires Members of Congress to pass a budget and related appropriations bills in order to receive pay.
