U.S. Senator Dean Heller questioned Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar on the Administration’s efforts to decrease gas prices during a hearing by the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.  Gas prices have doubled since President Obama took office.

In 2008, while serving in the Senate, Ken Salazar refused to vote for new off-shore drilling even if gas prices climbed to $10 a gallon.

Senator Heller thanks our troops and their families for their service and sacrifice, especially during this holiday season.
Senator Heller speaks on the Senate floor, urging Congress to come together to help hard-working Americans and extend the payroll tax cut holiday.
